Equal opportunities cannot be decreed: they are built into the budgets, procedures, programmes and daily practices of organisations. We help our partners identify gaps, act on their causes and measure progress.

How we work

We combine rigorous analysis with a participatory approach: women, young people and the groups concerned are involved from the diagnosis stage, so that solutions respond to their realities.

Every assignment produces tools that teams can reuse — analysis grids, indicators, training modules — so that equality becomes an everyday practice and not an isolated project.
